WEBSITE TERMS OF USE
Last updated: May 25, 2026

These Website Terms of Use (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website located
at adeletevlin.com, together with all related pages, content, and features that link to these Terms
(collectively, the “Website”). The Website is owned and operated by Adele Wellness, Inc., an
Ontario corporation (“Adele Wellness”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). Please read these Terms carefully
before using the Website.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF THESE TERMS
(a) By accessing or using the Website, you confirm that you have read, understood, and
agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into
these Terms by reference. If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not access or
use the Website.
(b) You may also enter into separate agreements with us when you purchase or enrol in our
paid programs, products, or services, including the Identity Ascension Method™
program. Those separate agreements govern your purchase and participation, and these
Terms do not replace or vary them. Where these Terms conflict with a separate
agreement you have signed for a paid program, product, or service, that separate
agreement governs with respect to that program, product, or service.
2. THE WEBSITE
(a) The Website is an information and marketing resource. It provides general information
about Adele Tevlin, her work, her podcast, her speaking engagements, and the programs,
products, and services offered by Adele Wellness and its affiliates, together with free
resources such as downloadable materials, newsletters, and online classes.
(b) The Website does not itself sell programs, products, or services. Where you choose to
purchase or enrol, you will be directed to a separate page, platform, or checkout process
that is governed by its own terms.
(c) Certain programs and resources are offered through separate websites, including
identityascensionmethod.com. Those websites have their own terms of use, and you
should review them before using those sites.
3. ELIGIBILITY
(a) The Website is intended for users who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and who
have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. By using the Website, you
represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
(b) The Website is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal
information from children through the Website.
4. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
(a) We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the revised
Terms on the Website and update the “Last updated” date above.
(b) Any revised Terms take effect when posted. Your continued use of the Website after
revised Terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of them. If you do not agree with
the revised Terms, you must stop using the Website.
5. FREE RESOURCES AND CONTENT
(a) We may make free resources available through the Website, including downloadable
guides and e-books, newsletters, podcasts, recordings, and online classes and
masterclasses (collectively, the “Free Resources”).
(b) The Free Resources are provided for general educational and informational purposes
only. They are general in nature, are not tailored to your circumstances, and do not
constitute advice of any kind. Section 12 applies to the Free Resources.
(c) We may add to, change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Website or any Free
Resource at any time, without notice and without liability to you.
6. ELECTRONIC COMMUNICATIONS AND NEWSLETTER
(a) When you subscribe to our newsletter, download a Free Resource, register for a class, or
otherwise provide your contact information through the Website, you consent to receive
electronic messages from us, including commercial electronic messages within the
meaning of Canada’s anti-spam legislation.
(b) Every commercial electronic message we send includes a way to unsubscribe. You may
withdraw your consent at any time by using the unsubscribe mechanism in the message
or by contacting us at support@adeletevlin.com. We will give effect to your request
promptly in accordance with applicable law.
(c) You are responsible for ensuring that the contact information you provide to us is
accurate and current.
7. TEXT MESSAGE PROGRAM
(a) If you opt in to receive text messages from us, you consent to receive recurring
automated marketing and informational text messages from us at the mobile number you
provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and message frequency varies.
(b) Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and to messages you send to
us. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless carrier.
(c) You may cancel the text message program at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you send STOP, we will send a confirmation message, and you will not receive
further text messages from us unless you re-enrol. For help, reply HELP or contact us at
support@adeletevlin.com.
(d) Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
(a) The Website and its contents, including text, graphics, images, photographs, video, audio,
podcasts, downloadable materials, course previews, logos, and the selection and
arrangement of those contents (collectively, the “Content”), are owned by or licensed to
Adele Wellness and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of Canada and
other countries. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.
(b) The Identity Ascension Method™ and other names, logos, and marks displayed on the
Website are trademarks of Adele Wellness or its affiliates. Nothing on the Website grants
you any right or licence to use any such trademark without our prior written consent.
(c) Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-
transferable, non-sublicensable licence to access and view the Content for your own
personal, non-commercial use. You must not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, upload,
post, transmit, distribute, sell, licence, publicly perform, create derivative works from, or
otherwise exploit any Content except as expressly permitted by these Terms or with our
prior written consent.
(d) You must not use any automated means, including robots, scrapers, crawlers, or data-
mining tools, to access, collect, or copy any Content; and you must not use any Content
to develop, train, or improve any machine learning or artificial intelligence model or
system. We reserve all rights with respect to the text and data mining of the Content.
(e) We may revoke the licence granted in this Section 8 at any time, for any reason or no
reason.
9. ACCEPTABLE USE
You agree that you will not, and will not attempt to:
(a) use the Website for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or
regulation;
(b) use the Website in any manner that could disable, overburden, damage, or impair the
Website, or interfere with any other party’s use of the Website;
(c) gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, any account, or any system or
network connected to the Website;
(d) introduce any virus, malware, or other harmful code to the Website;
(e) impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation with any person; or
(f) collect or harvest information about other users of the Website.
10. SUBMISSIONS, FEEDBACK, AND TESTIMONIALS
(a) You may have the opportunity to submit comments, reviews, testimonials, ideas,
suggestions, or other materials to us through the Website or related channels
(collectively, “Submissions”). You are solely responsible for your Submissions, and you
represent and warrant that you own or have all rights necessary to provide your
Submissions and that your Submissions do not infringe the rights of any third party or
violate any law.
(b) By making a Submission, you grant Adele Wellness a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable,
non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable licence to use, reproduce,
modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, publicly
perform, and display the Submission, in whole or in part, in any media now known or
later developed, for any purpose, including marketing and promotion, without
compensation, notice, or attribution to you. To the extent permitted by law, you waive
any moral rights you may have in your Submissions.
(c) We are not obligated to use, monitor, or maintain any Submission, and we may remove
any Submission at our discretion.
11. THIRD-PARTY LINKS AND WEBSITES
(a) The Website may contain links to third-party websites, platforms, and resources,
including social media platforms, podcast hosts, and separate program websites. These
links are provided for your convenience only.
(b) We do not control, endorse, or assume responsibility for any third-party website or its
content, products, or services. Your use of any third-party website is at your own risk and
is subject to that third party’s own terms and policies.
12. DISCLAIMERS
(a) Educational and informational purposes only. The Website, the Content, and the Free
Resources are provided for general educational, informational, and personal-development
purposes only. They do not constitute advice and must not be relied upon as a substitute
for professional advice tailored to your circumstances.
(b) Not therapy or health services. Adele Wellness provides education, mentoring, and
personal-development services. It does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric,
counselling, or psychotherapy services. The Website and the Content do not diagnose,
assess, treat, cure, or prevent any physical or mental health condition, and do not
constitute the practice of psychotherapy or the treatment of any disorder of thought,
cognition, mood, perception, or memory. Your use of the Website does not create any
physician-patient, therapist-client, or other regulated health professional relationship
between you and Adele Wellness or any of its personnel, and no professional privilege or
duty of care of that nature arises. The Website and the Content are not a substitute for
advice, diagnosis, or treatment from a physician, registered psychotherapist, or other
qualified and licensed professional. You should always seek the advice of a qualified
professional with any question you may have regarding your health or wellbeing. If you
are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, contact your local emergency
services or a crisis line immediately.
(c) No guarantee of results. We make no representation or warranty that you will achieve
any particular result from the Website, the Content, the Free Resources, or any program,
product, or service. Any examples, case studies, or testimonials shared on the Website
reflect individual experiences, are not typical, are not a guarantee, and must not be
understood as a promise that you will achieve the same or similar results. Your results
depend on many factors that are within your own control and responsibility.
(d) “As is”. The Website, the Content, and the Free Resources are provided on an “as is” and
“as available” basis, without warranties or conditions of any kind, whether express,
implied, statutory, or otherwise, including any implied warranties or conditions of
merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement, and any
warranties arising from a course of dealing or usage of trade, all of which are disclaimed
to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law. We do not warrant that the Website
will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any defect
will be corrected.
13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
(a) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will Adele Wellness or
any of its directors, officers, employees, contractors, agents, affiliates, or licensors
(collectively, the “Adele Wellness Parties”) be liable to you for any indirect, incidental,
special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits,
revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible loss, arising out of or relating to your access
to or use of, or your inability to access or use, the Website, the Content, or the Free
Resources, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or any
other legal theory, and whether or not the Adele Wellness Parties have been advised of
the possibility of such damages.
(b) To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of the
Adele Wellness Parties arising out of or relating to the Website, the Content, and the Free
Resources will not exceed one hundred Canadian dollars (CAD $100).
(c) Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited
under applicable law. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of
certain damages, so some of the above exclusions and limitations may not apply to you.
14. INDEMNIFICATION
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold
harmless the Adele Wellness Parties from and against any and all claims, demands, actions,
losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees on a full-
indemnity basis, arising out of or relating to: (a) your access to or use of the Website, the
Content, or the Free Resources; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your Submissions; or (d)
your violation of any law or of the rights of any third party.
15. PRIVACY
Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information through the Website is described in
our Privacy Policy, available at adeletevlin.com/privacy-policy, which is incorporated into these
Terms by reference. By using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read our Privacy
Policy.
16. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms, and any dispute or matter arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of
the Website, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of
Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable in that province, without regard to conflict-of-
laws principles.
17. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
(a) If you have any concern or dispute relating to the Website or these Terms, you agree to
first contact us in writing at support@adeletevlin.com and to attempt in good faith to
resolve the matter informally before commencing any formal proceeding.
(b) Subject to Section 17(a), you and Adele Wellness agree that the courts of the Province of
Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to these
Terms or your use of the Website, and you irrevocably attorn to the jurisdiction of those
courts. Nothing in this Section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other
equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property
or confidential information.
18. GENERAL
(a) Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any separate
agreement you enter into with us for a paid program, product, or service, constitute the
entire agreement between you and Adele Wellness with respect to the Website and
supersede all prior understandings and agreements relating to the Website.
(b) Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that
provision will be severed, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and
effect.
(c) No waiver. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms is not a waiver of that
provision or of our right to enforce it later.
(d) Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms or any of your rights or
obligations under them without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms
without restriction.
(e) No third-party beneficiaries. Except for the Adele Wellness Parties, these Terms do not
create any third-party beneficiary rights.
(f) Headings. Headings are for convenience only and do not affect the interpretation of these
Terms.
(g) Survival. Sections 8, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 18, and any other provision that by
its nature should survive, will survive termination of these Terms or your use of the
Website.
